Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some rentals may require a refundable deposit or a temporary card authorization (depending on the tool). We’ll always tell you upfront before you confirm your rental.
What do I need to bring for pickup?
A valid government-issued ID and a card for payment/deposit (if applicable). If someone else is picking up on your behalf, contact us first so we can confirm the details.
Can I rent tools for just a few hours?
Yes — we offer flexible rental lengths depending on the tool. If you only need something briefly, we’ll help you choose the most cost-effective option.
Can I extend my rental if I need more time?

What happens if the tool breaks during my rental?
If something fails under normal use, contact us right away. We’ll help troubleshoot and, if needed, work with you on the quickest solution. Please don’t attempt repairs or modifications without checking with us first.
What if I return the tool early?

Do you offer delivery or pickup service?
